Noise Levels and the Consideration of Our Neighbours
- No noise or activity producing noise during 11pm and 8am.
- Radios, TVs and general conversation at a level that cannot disturb neighbours.
- No movement/scraping of furniture during these quiet hours.
- Please be quiet when returning home late at night as others may be sleeping.
Use of Pool and Pool Area
- Pool for exclusive use for community residents or guests
- To comply with current regulations, pool gate must remain locked at all times.
- Pool use only between 9am and 8pm (summer)– 9am and 7pm (winter).
- Always shower before entering pool.
- Please refrain from wearing any clothes other than normal swimwear.
- Children under 12 years must be always a companied by an adult.
- Lilos and inflatables are not permitted in the pool at any time.
- Swimming aids are permitted for on-swimmers with supervision.
- Diving or jumping into pool is forbidden.
- No ball games permitted either in or around the pool area.
- Playing of music is forbidden without use of personal headphones.
- Glass objects e.g. bottles or glasses etc. are not permitted in pool area.
- Running or shouting around the pool area is not permitted.
- No animals or feeding of any animal permitted in the pool area.
- No bicycles, skateboards, roller skates or blades, or scooters allowed.
Please note there is no Lifeguard and the above pool rules will be strictly enforced.
Rubbish Collection/Basura
- Please place all rubbish in secure bin bags.
- Deposit all bin bags in the Basura Community bins outside the main entrance.
Drying of Clothes
- Please use a foldaway airier/dryer on your terrace/balcony.
- No clothes or towels to be hung o er balcony.
Loss of Personal Items
- The owners or the community accepts no responsibility for any losses.
Animals and Pets
- Please never feed any animal, no matter how well your intention is.
